State you’d love to be an EA and learn so much you can be promoted to coordinator, director, manager. The most important thing is to take action and do something different so you can get promoted, get better tasks, that raise, or transition to a different role, dept, company, or industry. Work on your weaknesses.

I've heard of EAs who are promoted to Operations or Facilities roles later on in their careers but at this point, I am playing both roles. If you don’t have those basics down, it’s not really something you can learn well enough to truly change the trajectory of your career in a reasonable amount of time.

It’s like stage stress, before walking up on a TV show or a big opening act. It’s a contradiction in that we want to use the vehicle to promote ourselves, but that same vehicle is used for piracy. I do want to learn more about what you mean with offshore work… expand? People respond to humans. It’s funny.
