"Do you have any suggestions for tools that would help in the day to day work? Do you recommend any other tools?" There are a few tools I use in my day to day work. You usually can train your boss to talk slower by doing this. I am not a big fan of touch screen keyboards as they are not a true QWERTY keyboard.

The more difficult macros are the ones that are programming code related and require knowledge of Visual Basic (you can find some books here) , which unfortunately, I have no training in. Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for.

My iPad has an awesome case and keyboard made by Zagg (in red of course to match my business brand!). Use a good task tool. Alternatively you can circuit train with or without weights. . An iPad (or any Tablet) is a Must. If you don't have a gym, do stairs, rope (with, or without rope) or jumping jacks.
