The company will ask that you charge everything from business travel to catered lunches on your credit card and they will reimburse you. Have money for job hunting and working. Whenever you interview for a job, there’s at least 2-3 interviews if not more. Sometimes you have to spend money to make money.

Job satisfaction is important. Polish up the ol resume It is all right to send your resume out and see what kind of response you get. There are still jobs to be had, you just have to find them. I was speaking to a manager the other day and he said when he gets a resume, that is one of the first things he checks.

So be warned - often unfairly, the first job you take out of college becomes your specialty. After I was laid off I of course had to go look for another job. I was called in for an interview at an agency and it was the assistant that did all the vetting of the candidates. In hindsight, there was fault in my thinking.

I also knew everything I was feeling was very true for me, but also confusing because if my boss didn’t need me, I wouldn’t have a job, I wouldn’t get a paycheck, and I wouldn’t have all this experience to put on my resume. I will find a job helping a person/people. I also had to listen in interviews really well.
