Over the last few years I’ve changed employers a number of times and so have had to face quite a few interviews. After finishing university in 2003 I was lucky because there were plenty of jobs available in London. So what happens when you do land that all important first interview? State you’d love to be an EA and learn so much you can be promoted to coordinator, director, manager. When you job hunt keep this in mind. Work on your weaknesses.

It says a lot when your boss wants to grow you within the company and promote you. I hated the mental stress and burden of putting everyone else first and getting only the usual thank you’s and words of appreciation. I also thought long and hard about why I was so unhappy and stressed at my job and why I had growing resentment.
