I was stressed out from the pace of work and also the length of a couple of special projects with a long lead time. We also got 2 floating/personal holidays, about 3-10 sick days, and also working in the entertainment industry, most places shut down for the last 10-14 days of the year. Most of my jobs I was able to take my 2 weeks.

Very few companies do a better job at managing crowds than Disney and whenever I was in line, I was impressed with how well Disney manages the waiting process. It is a lot less stressful for customers when there are lots of employees around who are happy to answer questions. Disney has perfected crowd control.
