I close all of them by either clicking on the "X" at the top-right corner or pressing ALT-F4 (keyboard shortcut to remember - can be very useful). Once I am finished with the task, I would look at my next task on my to-do list and figure out what applications I wont need. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task.

All you need to do is go through your regular print routine with the following steps: Click File, Print or CTRL-P as the keyboard shortcut. This saves a bunch of time if you have to do a function several times and there isnt a keyboard short cut. This repeats the last function you did (ie inserting a row in Excel) if you press the ctrl Y you will keep inserting rows.

It’s to highlight the importance of the applications available on Android Market that I’ve recently downloaded and like very much: Astrid : I made the move to Google Apps a number of months back in order to become system agnostic. Google Apps did everything except Tasks. That’s it for now.
