Along with our multiple work passwords, we have a password for our home computer, and if we sign up for Facebook, Twitter or any other website, we have another password to remember. I hope you keep your address book locked up as that would be a very valuable source of information for someone up to no good. Works so far!

At one office I worked in we had a mail cart with slots for everyones mail, but it was filed First name, Last name. Each time I went to get my mail I would find my mail in the other Patricias slot or vice versa. I grew up in a world that used Last Name, First Name (i.e. the phone book, standard filing practices etc.)

When a meeting is finalized, I put the scheduling sheet in a completed file. I tend to keep my scheduling sheets in chronological order and each morning I go through them to see if there is any action I need to take, i.e. follow up to ask for an agenda or see if I can start scheduling. 411 Look Up 411.ca 411 Look Up 411.ca

I use hanging file folders labelled from January through to December. They are legal-sized folders, because I like a lot of space, but letter size would work just as well. Every afternoon before I leave for the day, I go through the hanging file for that month to see if there is anything I need to bring forward for the next day.
