I keep my email inbox empty and I never answer the phone unless I''m expecting a call. If I''m supposed to be on the phone with Jack at 2p, and he doesn''t call by 210p, I send a note to see about rescheduling, then I move on. Even if Jack calls three minutes later, I don''t answer the phone. So there it is.
