Some Visible Improvements In the last 30 days I was invited to 3 public events where I talked about entrepreneurship and lifestyle design. I’ve been extremely quiet on Twitter and only at the minimal level in Facebook. Clearly better when I stick to my regular tea routine. Being busy, so to speak. Toldya you ain’t gonna like this.

Shaking up your environment, even for just 3 minutes of outside time, makes a huge difference to combat stress and overwhelm. I’ve been making more and more structured rules for myself, including turning off email and Twitter for large blocks. Taking breaks is also pretty damn important. It’s been a big help.
