For me, and this may or may not be the case with you, I learned I was bored, unhappy, stretched too thin, and I was neglecting myself. How did I learn this? However, after I’m in a role for 2-3 years I’ve learned the ins and outs of my new boss, role, job, dept, and company. I learned I need a vacation ASAP.

I think it’s good to change, to reconnect and adapt to whatever environment you fall into. Just look at our environment: nighttime, no sun, the moon. I find that even in a living environment, it’s also good and healthy to both stabilize yourself and then just change. Daytime, the sun, no moon. Pay per view.
