I have to be honest in that I have heard some unhappy stories from APs this year who have lost their jobs or are being replaced by temps on a regular basis! Don't be so full of yourself that you think you can't learn or grow. That is my gift to you on this first day of April. So my advice to you is to never rest on your laurels.
