I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. You don't need to know every time someone has added you as a friend on Facebook or has invited you to join an online group. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files.

I soon realized that I need capturing devices for only two environments: mobile and computer.
