The amount of skill, pressure, stress, and problem solving differs at each of those levels. If you no longer want to stay an EA, perhaps you can transition to be the Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or even become coordinator, associate, biz analyst, project manager, or director in a different department. You can just write “Thx!”

I was stressed out from the pace of work and also the length of a couple of special projects with a long lead time. We also get a mini break when our boss is traveling as the stress level is generally lower and we can catch up on our workload.
