According to a December 2022 survey by Chief, more than a third of women leaders contemplated leaving their roles last year. The large gap between women and men leaving the workplace has been dubbed the “Great Breakup,” signaling a trend where women are more likely to leave their jobs in search of fulfilling their needs.

This is according to the latest Bupa Wellbeing Index , a landmark survey that uncovers the state of the nation’s health and wellbeing.
