Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check details on the go. I use the website all the time, not just for planning travel but also for expenses, so it is helpful having the app on my phone. Meetup Time Lite: Free. Weatherbug: Free. XE Currency: Free or £1.49.

When youre on a phone call, do people hover over you? You dont want people coming up to you, hovering and waiting for you to put down the phone for a few seconds to let them know that you are in a training session. One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. To back up your e-mails in Outlook, simply download Microsofts Outlook Add-In file here.

In the near future, Blackberries, Apple iCals and many different types of phones will be supported on this software as well. Heres a free piece of software that was recently released that can do just that.

If you receive a file that was written in the Microsoft Office 2007 format, you can download the patch called Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats. It will take a short period of time to convert the file each time you open it, but it saves you time and money in the long run.

A template can be downloaded here. Make sure to provide feedback (positive and/or negative) so that everyone can obtain ideas from what is being said. After the meeting, provide a copy of the meeting minutes to everyone involved in the meeting. You will notice that your meetings will run much smoother once you apply these methods.
