Don’t get me wrong they still travel for Board meetings and client engagement but they don’t get on a flight simply because there are no alternatives to getting everyone together. Once the initial cost of equipment has been paid teleconferencing is inexpensive. It can be expensive if you host lots of WebEx meetings.

But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. I do all my blog posts on Google Docs, I use Gmail as my primary account, and I appreciate how you can download whatever you type up in Google Docs into multiple formats to accommodate what other programs my clients may be using.
