Depending on the telephone equipment you have it can be hard to hear what everyone is saying especially if the majority are in a large boardroom and the phone is not in the middle of the desk. It can be expensive if you host lots of WebEx meetings.

This app is slightly expensive but worth paying for if your manager travels a lot. I use the website all the time, not just for planning travel but also for expenses, so it is helpful having the app on my phone. I do all my blog posts on Google Docs, I use Gmail as my primary account, and I appreciate how you can download whatever you type up in Google Docs into multiple formats to accommodate what other programs my clients may be using.
