Whenever you receive confirmation emails from any bookings you can forward it to plans@tripit.com and they will add the details to the itinerary. Also you can share the plans with colleagues, family and friends either directly by email or through LinkedIn. The app then sends you an email with their details. Airline Apps: Free.

One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. To back up your e-mails in Outlook, simply download Microsofts Outlook Add-In file here.

In a nut shell, you download the free software , install it and it’s always running in the background. If you have any questions/comment feel free to email me at matt[a]kallout.com. If you receive a file that was written in the Microsoft Office 2007 format, you can download the patch called Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats.
