All you need to do is go through your regular print routine with the following steps: Click File, Print or CTRL-P as the keyboard shortcut. Now select Microsoft Office Document Image Writer. There are other ways to implement this, depending on the software that you are using, but let’s keep this simple for now.

I used to use Google Documents for this purpose. Albeit, Google Docs don’t allow me to add voice notes or bookmarks as easily as Evernote with its browser plugin. So, I’ve now transferred all my reference notes out of Google Docs into Evernote online. That’s it for now.

This saves a bunch of time if you have to do a function several times and there isnt a keyboard short cut. Especially when you are cutting and pasting in a 200 page document!! This repeats the last function you did (ie inserting a row in Excel) if you press the ctrl Y you will keep inserting rows. Does anyone know of a forum for AAs?

It's spiral bound (which is huge) for easy use and documentation.  Google Docs Function: You can share documents and co-edit them with your selected gmail friend. We both can access/ edit these documents anytime anywhere. Google Calendar Function: We use this function for our itinerary.

MacJournal Shortcut MacJournal also features a keyboard shortcut, so every time I feel my idea will be pretty close to a blog post (as opposed to other types of ideas, like blog post series, guest post ideas, strategies or just interesting bits and pieces) I use this shortcut directly.
