The results led to our first “ Email etiquette ” story. The “oops” factor: If you need more than two paragraphs to cover your topic, you’re better off using the phone, or attaching a Word* file. Bonus fix: Use a SharePoint* meeting site or shared drive for attachments. Even better, keep to one topic per email.
