My company started incorporating AI within our application and other forms, using AI customer service tools like DigitalGenius. We used Chatbase to create custom AI chatbots for customer service. We feed the AI tool data, and it manages customer service tasks.

Yes, NVQ’s in Customer Services and Business Administration. Yes – NVQ in Customer Service. High standard of customer service and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and be flexible and adaptable is key. But it helps enormously if one wants to succeed in the public service.
