Here is an example when I was overseeing interns. One intern had sent out a mass email without realizing the difference between the to, cc, and bcc fields. Maybe it's Dropbox, an FTP site, Quora, Klout, or GoToMeeting. This is another skill you will have to hone and may take awhile to learn.
