You can also add this macro to your toolbar or assign a keyboard shortcut by clicking on the buttons below and following the instructions. Click on either the toolbar icon that you created, the keyboard shortcut or click Tools, Macro, and Macros…, then click run. All the deleted text should now show up automatically.

You actually end up thinking that you are working harder, yet you are reducing your productivity by about 30%. Thats quite a bit of work that you could be catching up on throughout your day, each and every day. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task. Believe it or not, this can lower productivity.

Defeat Keyloggers by not using the keyboard to type passwords. Back up your passwords and copy them between computers. Encrypt your passwords to achieve complete security. Generate random passwords to maximize password strength. Fight Phishing by entering passwords only on matching web sites.

This saves a bunch of time if you have to do a function several times and there isnt a keyboard short cut. If successful, I will write a post to everyone letting them know its up and running. If I do end up coming up with a little extra time in the future, I will write a post on it. Also, Facebook has a few I believe.

Some people in the office were trying to get the remote working as we had a PowerPoint presentation coming up and were calling it things like remote thingy , remote slide clicker, wireless mouse so I finally asked, "Does anyone know what the official name for that thing is?" When he is away, it is very quiet and sometimes I just have to get up and walk around and visit someone or it feels like I am there by myself. I can interact where I am now, but I have to get up and go if I want to speak with someone and then when I get there I may find they are busy or on the phone so I have wasted my time.
