I have people following me on Twitter who say things like, “Hey, if you’re looking for new writing markets, you should try this website.” I get snail mail from credit card companies who could not possibly have my new mailing address unless they scammed it off some list. My biggest pet peeve at the moment is Twitter.

The goal is to keep your attention steady, without being distracted. I’ve been extremely quiet on Twitter and only at the minimal level in Facebook. The goal is to train your ability to stick with the correct situation than to do it faster. If you got it right, you get points (and a bonus if you do it really fast).
