Of course, be sure to check with your co-worker first before providing his or her information. Your company may have a strict policy on what they want you to include in the signature line and what it should look like, but generally you would include your name, title, company name and address, telephone and fax number. Of course, there are many other features, but these are the highlights, in my opinion. Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere.
