While your ultimate goal is FT job in admin, the only thing that will get you there is recent experience in admin - the good ol' fashioned catch-22. Craft your resume based on experience and skill set, not chronologically - and tell a different story.

It also looks bad on one’s resume. And as I was working, job hunting and/or temping, I had to find other sources of happiness. I would rather go to a pilates studio that has classes late at night that fits my work hours vs going to a gym that only costs $30 a month. It’s a grueling process to keep doing for a year or more.
