As you can imagine, I couldn’t use the keyboard at night. So, I decided to exchange the phone. I was a bit frustrated.

I logged onto my computer last week and put in my network password, then to open my Outlook account I had to put another password in for that. Even if you phone the bank they need your secret passcode or they wont speak to you about your account.
