I know that is easier said than done because low self esteem may be the roadblock. I found this link to the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale which has some questions we can ask ourselves to see where we are on the self esteem scale. So I started to say Yes and it was a real confidence booster.

Hochwarter over the phone. Not o make this a rant or anything but I know 3 guys who manage to finish school due to having help from others and they can't find work. Destroying someone's self esteem doesn't actually make them better. Can you provide the citation for the Hochwater stuff you discuss?
