From writing that article I had confidence to take a job that required me taking minutes and it has turned out fine. Now, when I say ‘don’t write’, I don’t mean you should take a break or get away from the keyboard for a day. I find I write vastly better than I speak, and mostly it’s due to confidence and lack of experience. That’s just common sense, and you should already be taking frequent breaks.
