I know that is easier said than done because low self esteem may be the roadblock. I found this link to the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale which has some questions we can ask ourselves to see where we are on the self esteem scale. So I started to say Yes and it was a real confidence booster.

What I didn’t realize at that time, and what I know to be true now, is that I was dealing with serious self-esteem and confidence issues. I learned new skills and acquired some practical information on public speaking. How confident are you speaking in public? Will I look professional enough ? No pressure.
