Form clear goals and hold yourself accountable to them.

I firmly believe in charging for quality content; for me, ebooks and followup series work great. In today’s time-hungry market, offering ways to accomplish things faster (ie, ebooks of less than 60 pages compared to ebooks of 200+ ebooks – faster reading) is also of value as well. Real is the future.

The benefits included a renewed confidence in my writing, massive amounts of ideas for articles, and a honing of my skills. For example, for the past 44 days, I’ve filled a page in my personal journal every day. It started as a 30 day trial, to see what I would get out of it. So I stuck with it because it made my life better.

It’s more about a certain attitude and life skills. You do have some special skills. Change by reaction is rooted in fear and is nothing more than a form of escapism. All of these mindsets are forms of self-sabotage. Thinking that change is impossible is a form of self-sabotage. They’ll drag you down.

I have been exercising in some form or another since I was five or six years old. I think a lot of my self-esteem and self-confidence is due to exercising. I couldn’t agree more. I played on countless sports teams growing up. And I ran the Chicago marathon back in 2002. Exercise has made an extremely positive impact on my life.
