After only 2 weeks, I found a great company through a staffing agency and the position was full time working for a wonderful CEO. The staffing agent asked if I was open to temp to perm, even though the position was for a full time EA, he feels the CEO may need time to see if it is a good fit. How long do you think is fair?

Believe it or not, while some EAs do hold tremendous power, because travel is a very expensive and uncomfortable aspect of business, many executives or companies are very specific on what is or isn't allowed and which airlines they will or won't fly. Smaller companies are so poor they use Expedia, Kayak, or Southwest Airlines.

Create an office bible In case you get sick, go on vacation, or get hit by a bus, it’s always good to have an office bible so your temp or co-worker can have info at their fingertips when needed. I save “food profiles” of each individual for each restaurant. And you might be interested in being another sort of ninja too.
