I know that is easier said than done because low self esteem may be the roadblock. I found this link to the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale which has some questions we can ask ourselves to see where we are on the self esteem scale. Now that’s positive self talk. 5, 2010 at 12 p.m.

Stressed employees have poor self-esteem and are absent more often which leads to higher medical and legal costs. Still it seems to be even more appalling when customer service agents lose their professionalism and both embarrass and cost any company the loss of reputation and business by such outrageous behavior.

I thought she had the potential to be a great assistant except for her low self esteem and she would put herself down when she made a mistake. does the company have random drug testing. ? It seems as soon as we tag someone as having an alcohol problem, we dont seem to see anything else about the person, just the problem.
