I also knew everything I was feeling was very true for me, but also confusing because if my boss didn’t need me, I wouldn’t have a job, I wouldn’t get a paycheck, and I wouldn’t have all this experience to put on my resume. Outside of work, I started to take classes at night (and even on the weekends).

When I was a teenager, I was already working part time jobs on-air or had clients who were 30-50 years older with very advanced degrees.

Your resume should always be able to reflect that you’ve kept up on the latest training and skills. Attend an event or sign up for an online class that really challenges you. Update (or build) your resume.
