However, even after taking many classes on the various programs I still haven’t gotten any new tasks. How do I get a recommendation letter from my boss for a new job hunt without raising suspicion or improve my situation without my boss’ help? Progressive work experience is always a smart goal.

Map out the steps it would take to achieve your goal, be realistic it might take two or three years to get to where you want to be – so patience is a virtue too.
