Tech glitches happen all the time and 2 people controlling one person's calendar is not the easiest thing. Start brushing up and training on weak areas with PowerPoint, Photoshop, business writing, or anything you can think of. If you are out sick, a temp will have to sub for you. The fewer cooks in the kitchen, the better.
