It began several years ago when I started working for Mr. H as a temp. He asked me to find a location, negotiate a lease, remodel the space if needed and take care of all interior decorating and procurement. I got started, one small piece of the project at a time, one step at a time. The project was successfully accomplished.

EA work is typically admin work - phones, travels, calendars, expense reports, mtgs/luncheons, etc. However, if you know how valued you are and what unique things you bring to the table, it does mean there may be some room for negotiating.
