To do this, open up your scheduled meeting in the calendar that you are using and click on “Forward as iCalendar&#. If you want to update the calendar, you would have to make the changes in the meeting request directly. This way, they will be more inclined to read the e-mail properly.

I would do e-mails, phone calls, updating clients' calendars, word processing, etc. Having said that, I am starting a Virtual Assistant business. You might be asking what this is. Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult.
