I don’t put things like Garbage Day or Recycling Day on my calendar. My wife does put them on the calendar, and because of that, I can see when the pickup dates are. It can only do that later, when you have time to process the events. And how do I know what to look for when I go into Evernote Mode? Give your brain a break.

In my case, that meant removing/deactivating all social networking, communication, and calendar-type apps. Dispatch is my email app of choice and Messages works just fine for those purposes and I don''t use Drafts for calendar entry. Assign panes (the places where action are stored) for each type of app so it makes deliver easier.
