Instead of filing the PDF on the network, the document was printed and placed in a filing cabinet , where it will sit until doomsday or at least until someone cleans out those files. Despite improvements in document handling technology, despite the convenience of PDF files, we still produce a lot of paper. DELAY IT.

I use a few more tools (see below), but I''ll add these to the list: 1. I calendar everything and work from my calendar. Controlling yourself without an eye on the "containers" you have that dictate time for us humans (the clock and the calendar), is to try to control chaos--and also useless. What does this give me?

and within a couple of months - redecorated our guest room to serve as my husband's new office. We moved him up, and moved me into his old office as my own. I had a workspace, tools and materials all set up for me. I find that it is easier to work in an office. Set office hours and stick to them.
