All important information, but I knew I couldnt possibly retain much of what I was looking at in one sitting so I started to cheat and flip through a few tabs because I had to sign a form that I read the manual. This particular law firm had approximately 150 people in the office. Minute taking made easier. Dealing in real time.

Utilize your calendar to schedule tasks. Sit down at your calendar and block out the time for your tasks. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in. In the calendar. Schedule those activities on your calendar. Don't fill your calendar to the max.
