Meetup Time Lite: Free. This is a great app for conference call planning that allows you to schedule calls and meetings from all over the world without having to check all of the various time zones. I love this app and use it all the time because I constantly get asked if I know any decent places for overseas clients to try out.

This happens to office workers all of the time. It even happened to me a few times, where people would create files themselves, then send it around to others to review and make changes, but never save it on the network drive.
