We recently were involved in a capital project to build a new program facility in our region. When the HVAC system was installed, someone thought we might want the user manual for the system: a 400 page PDF document. It can be tempting to print every interesting thing we find on the web or print a 400 page PDF “just in case.”

And I definitely don’t want to purchase something from a company I can’t trust to ask me nicely to pay attention to what they’re doing. megs’ worth of PDF. Forty-five minutes later, I open the PDF, and the first thing I see is a spelling mistake. My email lists are not for sale, and I don’t purchase email list.
