I keep it with my digital profile stored on my phone so when I give out my contact information, my client’s have the number handy. If you don’t have one and are considering going into business for yourself you can get sorted out rather quickly and simply from the IRS. Less clutter on a business card tends to attract more attention.

That makes sense, but can this system be applied to other information, like monthly bills, tax returns, staff, legal issues, normal company information? B eing able to retrieve the data is more important than an organized alphabetized file drawer. I remember going to a walk-in clinic (doctors office) for an ailment at the time.

In Summary In our fast-paced society e-mail is a quick way of communicating and used properly can be a effective business tool, but e-mail can also be impersonal and is not always the best form of communication.
