I’m on a bunch of lists I never signed up for. I get snail mail from credit card companies who could not possibly have my new mailing address unless they scammed it off some list. I’ve happily signed up for all kinds of email lists. I have a crazy-busy RSS feed. Don’t just sign people up for your stuff.
