Emails have backed up or even if you were checking email, you still go back through to make sure you didn’t miss anything or you now have to take action on your emails. Here's a tip: you talk to, email several people a day. I take my best content and turn it into workshops and allow people to play with and I hope learn from the ideas. I also can use the recording to make a cd and give to potential clients or current clients instead of a business card or brochure.
