As a small, home-based business my budget has always been pretty tight. Why it was a wise choice: Storing my files in the cloud rather than on a physical hard drive or flash drive makes it easy to access them from my desktop, laptop, iPad, and phone. It’s also super easy for me to share files with others.

File exchange: Dropbox, WeTransfer. Here are some examples of the “recipes” I used: Sync Dropbox file with Google Drive: Every time a VA saved or updated a file in our shared folder, the file would automatically upload to a designated Google Drive folder, which was useful for editing documents.
