Having low self-esteem or confidence issues can be a real challenge in life, particularly in the office and particularly for assistants. From my experience I had to know how to manage diaries and emails, organise travel, work with Microsoft Office and be a strong gatekeeper for my Executive.

When I look at them however, I see someone who really knows their job and I know they could do it if only they would forget about what they can’t do and concentrate on what they can do. I know that is easier said than done because low self esteem may be the roadblock. Don’t let self doubt take over.

If you don’t give yourself one, you’ll subconsciously start creating your own breaks – by cutting corners, skimping on quality, rushing projects. You won’t even realize you’re doing it. Your clients won’t be as satisfied as before, and they won’t speak well of your services to others.

Almost 2 years ago I didn’t even imagined that I would come to know so many interesting persons through blogging. Today, I think I have a close blogging friend in every country I would like to travel to. It certainly didn’t sound like a 23 years old to me. More than 800 pages of self-improvement content.
