I worked as an Investment Advisor’s Assistant, completed my CSC (Canadian Securities Course), but soon after, I realized that this wasn’t really for me. I work in a large firm now where it’s mainly an open concept area, with only the managers having their own offices. It was great having my own office.

Do you even receive voice mails that are left by people trying to sell you something, but you didn’t even hear the phone ring? You can even register your cell phone and your managers cell phone as well. This happens to everyone, all the time. I get tons of junk faxes and mail at work each and every day.

What I discovered is a time saver and e-mail management tool that is a best-kept secret. I have written previously that to manage my work e-mail better I asked friends and family to send e-mails to my home rather than work. Some e-mails are useful, but I don’t always have time to deal with them right away.
