If you don’t have e-mail folders, create some and sort messages as they are received. Check: Do you plan for tomorrow? Check: Are phone calls planned? The night before I go to a Board meeting, I review all my templates, agendas, binder, attendance sheets and everything I am going to need or might need. I find the same thing at work. no tickets.
